1 serving of Cream of Wheat, any variety (up to 120 calories)
1/2 cup of skim milk (40 calories)

1 Teaspoon of honey (32 calories) or use sugar substitute

1 pat of butter or margarine (36 calories)

1 slice of whole grain  toast (70 calories)

Nutritional Notes: 2 grains, 2 dairy, minimal fat.

Free Diet Planner Lunch -  500 Calories (energy)

Chili - grab a can of your favorite from the local market. Enjoy up to 300 calories worth with 100 calories worth of corn chips and 100 calories worth of cheese.

Nutritional Notes: 1 protein, 1 dairy, 1 grain.

Mid-Afternoon Snack - 50 Calories (energy) - See notes above on Mid-Morning Snack.

Free Diet Planner for Dinner -  500 Calories (energy)

Let's have a Giant's Salad.

4 cups of either chopped lettuce, green Spring mix or baby spinach - raw

1 chopped tomato

1 sliced cucumber

grated carrots

grated cheese (up to 100 calories)

3 ounces of your favorite deli meat

sliced mushrooms

sliced black or green olives - or both (up to 25 calories)

Your favorite salad dressing up to 80 calories.

Also enjoy garlic cheese bread - or your favorite bread or bread sticks or crackers up to 125 calories.

Nutritional Notes: This free diet dinner menu contains 1 protein, 1 grain, 5 vegetables, 1 dairy  and minimal fat.

Bedtime Snack - 100 Calories (energy)

Enjoy any of the float or shake recipes up to 100 calories. Feel free to experiment with flavors - adding extracts and spices. For floats, experiment with different varieties of sodas and low calorie juices, adjusting amounts of sherbet or ice cream when necessary. 1 dairy
