2 biscuits (up to 250 calories) + Country Gravy (up to 50 calories, generally 1/2 cup)

Yes - you can even enjoy biscuits and gravy while losing weight! We often use gravy mix and use skim milk in place of water. Although this isn't the healthiest breakfast on the planet, the skim milk and the grain from the biscuits do offer some nutritional benefits.

Free Diet Planner Lunch -  500 Calories (energy)

Enjoy another serving of lasagna from last night's dinner menu. Also enjoy a side salad containing the following: 2 cups of any leafy greens, 5 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 sliced cucumber with 50 calories worth of your favorite salad dressing served on the side.

Keep in mind that this free diet meal planner is totally adjustable to suit your personal tastes. If you don't like cucumber - omit it and add a few black olives or green olives or sliced radishes or grated carrot.

About that carrot. When adding carrot to salads, but sure to always grate to avoid 'the big crunch' as well as to pull the most flavor from the carrot.

Also enjoy up to 100 calories of your favorite bread, including cheesy garlic bread.

Free Diet Planner for Dinner -  500 Calories (energy)

Sausage time! When shopping, check for the leanest cuts. We happen to love Bistro Sensation's Apple & Gouda Chicken Sausage Links which contain a skinny 130 calories per generous link. Let's make that VERY generous link.

Place between either a fresh bun OR a bun that has been toasted with either a bit of buttery cooking spray or light margarine or even a tab of olive oil. Add a line of yellow sunshine, pickle relish and kraut if desired.

Enjoy with 140 calories worth of any of the following: baked beans, chips, carrot salad, coleslaw, potato or macaroni salad.

Bedtime Snack - 100 Calories (energy)

Enjoy any of the float or shake recipes up to 100 calories. Feel free to experiment with flavors - adding extracts and spices. For floats, experiment with different varieties of sodas and low calorie juices, adjusting amounts of sherbet or ice cream when necessary.
