Ham & Cheese Sandwich prepared with 2 slices of 80 calorie or less bread, baby spinach or lettuce of your choice, sliced tomatoes, 1 slice of your favorite 80 calorie or less cheese, a few slices of deli sliced ham up to 80 calories worth, plus a serving of either light Miracle Whip or your favorite variety of mustard. (about 350 calories)
Also enjoy 1 serving of your favorite chips - up to 150 calories.

Stir Fry - Spray a large non-stick pan with cooking spray and add the following:
3 ounces of lean deli meat, chopped or cubed
1 bag of stir fry vegetables (up to 125 calories)
Your favorite Chinese sauce up to 100 calories.
Enjoy with 1 cup of prepared rice (up to 200 calories worth) + 1 serving of butter or margarine up to 50 calories.
Simply add meat to warm skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Allow to heat thoroughly, then add thawed vegetables and cook until done using more cooking spray if necessary. Be certain not to aim spray towards any open flame or heat source. Add sauce.
Nutritional Notes: 1 grain, 1 protein, 4 vegetables, minimal fat.
Enjoy any of the float or shake recipes up to 100 calories. Feel free to experiment with flavors - adding extracts and spices. For floats, experiment with different varieties of sodas and low calorie juices, adjusting amounts of sherbet or ice cream when necessary. 1 dairy
