fest.
An overage
of peppers may cause ulcers to develop, as well as an 'eating away' at the respiratory tract's
delicate mucus membrane. It can even cause nerve damage supported by
scientific tests that have been performed on mice to determine the health benefits of pepper.
The
mice not only developed nerve damage, but also gained weight. Perhaps
damage to the nerves and membranes didn't allow total processing of foods, thus

we call Skinny Quiche is: 1 carton of EggBeaters, 1/4 cup of chopped
spinach, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup of skimmed milk poured into a pie
crust and baked in a preheated oven at 375 degrees until golden.
