Please note that string cheese presents a choking hazard for young children so check with the pediatrician before giving to a child. When eating the string cheese, be sure to pull it off a tiny thread at a time, as it was intended to be enjoyed this way. In addition, the goody will take a lot longer to enjoy.

Flour Tortilla Snack for Dieters - Wrap a piece of lean meat in a flour tortilla for a filling, low calorie treat. Place the tortilla in a moist paper towel and warm for a few seconds in the microwave. Remove and wrap around lean meat. About 125 calories - depending upon the brands used. We used an 80 calorie flour tortilla wrapped around a bit of homemade roasted rosemary chicken.
