The True Story of How Sky Lost
Over 100 Pounds
In this new-age of dieting, one can find a plethora of weight
loss plans pointing in all four directions of the wind - bookstores,
television, libraries - the web. Trim diet gurus can show an individual
how they can lose weight and become thin just like them. They
can demonstrate jumping jacks, sit-ups and play Diet Tiddlywinks
all day and wonder why everyone can't be thin just like them.
After all, it's very easy, being thin. And they can show you how
to be thin just like them.
Or so they think - and that's the major problem with the majority
of weight loss schemes and dreams lost in the real world where thin
individuals can't possibly relate to obesity. Sure, they know how
an individual can achieve thinness, but they don't have a clue of
what it's like to be imprisoned in pounds, at what the overweight
individual faces as their diet looms high overhead as they venture
out onto The Old Weight Loss Trail.
To fully understand something, it's logical that experience is
the best teacher and such is the case with me, Sky Taylor-Griffin,
writer and diet guru - but most importantly, the prior owner of
over 100 pounds of fat that I ditched almost a decade ago. Unlike
typical diet gurus, if you are overweight I personally know what
you are experiencing. I know what you face in your battle to achieve
weight loss success. I understand the embarrassment of obesity,
the hurdles and the pain. And I am honored to assist anyone
desiring to ditch those extra pounds. In hopes of inspiring individuals
to do just that, I dedicate my story to everyone seeking weight
loss and better health.
Anyone can lose weight
- but in order to keep the weight from returning, they
must identify their Weight Gain Triggers. Without doing
such, an individual is doomed to an ever-ending circle
of weight gain/weight loss - over and over again.
So before we get too
dizzy, let's get on with The Sky Taylor Story, a compilation of my life, my experience,
my battle and my triumph over obesity. Although I can't lose the
weight for you, I can share with you my struggles and
how I achieved weight loss success. From my story, you
can see there are two ways to go about dieting - the
wrong way, and the right way. I've used both, and it
was only after I embraced the right way that I was able
to keep the weight off forever.
