-1 Tablespoon of light Mayo
-1/2 cup of lettuce OR raw spinach
-sliced tomato
-2 whole grain breads (70 calories each)
Add 1 package of baked potato chips
Dinner - 2 grains, 3 vegetables,
2 protein
1 Homemade Hamburger:
-3 ounces of extra-lean hamburger, grilled, baked or
pan-fried, salted & peppered
-lettuce
-tomatoes
-onion
-whole grain bun (160 calories)
-1 Tablespoon of light Mayo OR use mustard to save
calories (we based the calories on Mayo)
