Lunch - 3 vegetables, 1 protein,
2 grains, 1 fat
Tuna Salad Sandwich
-1 cup of shredded lettuce
-1/4 cup of diced tomato
- 1/2 can of drained albacore tuna
- 1 Tablespoon of Light Mayo
- 1 teaspoon of golden raisins (optional)
Mix and enjoy on 2 slices of 70-calorie whole grain
bread.
Also enjoy 1 single serving package of baked chips.

Dinner - 3 grains, 1 fruit,
1 protein
1 cup of your chicken noodle soup (up to 150 calories)
1 whole grain roll or slice of whole grain bread
(70 calories) OR 6 saltines
1 slice of angelfood cake (up to 150 calories) topped
with 1 cup of fresh strawberries sprinkled with Splenda
if desired. Top with 2 Tablespoons of light whipped
topping.
