Working Off Calories

Just look at Harry - busy, busy, busy and doing his best to work off all the calories that he swallowed over lunch.
Good for Harry! Go, Harry, go!
Harry should be very proud of himself for not only trimming his bush, but for also trimming the calories away that he consumed over lunch.
One thing though...which would have helped Harry's Trimming Project.
Just look at what he ate for lunch. Great choices....except for the fries.
And just look at that wad! One of the largest wads we've seen, we must say. There's enough fries there for a family of four, yet Harry managed to waddle down the entire batch.
In fact, that wad of fries contains more calories than Harry's roasted chicken sandwich contained.
Harry's Fry Pile is more than double the order of a large package of fries from his nearby favorite fast food restaurant.
Let's pause to take a quick gander at the calorie contained in fast food fries, then we can commence beating up Harry:
Gee whiz. It appears that Harry ate about 1,000 calories worth of fries. If only he would have sliced them and popped them into the oven rather than frying them in the old Fat Vat. Even if he had drizzled them with a spoon of olive oil before popping them into the oven. Even if he had added some savory spices on top of the drizzle of olive oil before popping them into the oven. Even if.....oh well, we're all out of 'what ifs'.
It looks like Harry will be trimming his bush for many hours to come if he intends to burn off all the calories he consumed over lunch.
Hark - but wait!
We have a Diet Flash of good news!
For breakfast, Harry consumed a serving of whole grain cereal and a glass of skim milk for a total of 250 calories. If Harry will consume the same for dinner - he should be okay, outside of the plethora of fat grams which are now swimming around in his body right now....but let's not think about those just yet. It's all too scary. Let's return to the Good Diet News, shall we?
In Weight Loss Summary
The bottom line is that even with the significant fry overload that Harry consumed, by watching the foods that he consumes throughout the remainder of the day, he can still reside within his bracket of Calorie Needs with experiencing a weight gain.
As to those pesky fat grams, particularly in the area of saturated fat grams, Harry should enjoy Power Fat Foods occasionally rather than often for optimum health. Harry is also wise to embrace activity to combat the effects of calories, and well as the effects of fat in his daily diet. You rock, Harry!
