A lot of people have experienced great weight loss by counting calories, as well as continue to maintain their weight loss by continuing to count those calories!  

I am a living example of this mode of weight loss and it has served me well.

However, counting calories isn't the only 'weigh' to go when it comes to successful weight loss.
