Quick Weight Loss - Calories or Carbs?

A lot of people have experienced great weight loss by counting calories, as well as continue to maintain their weight loss by continuing to count those calories!  I am a living example of this mode of weight loss and it has served me well.

However, counting calories isn't the only 'weigh' to go when it comes to successful weight loss.  A good many people are currently experiencing great weight loss success stories of their own by cutting carbs from their daily diet.

 

There is a bit of controversy because carbs provide the instant energy - among other things, that our bodies need.  Carb restricted diets can also prove very dangerous for people suffering from certain diseases, such as diabetes.
