HOWEVER, if you are incorporating all of the basic five food groups into your weight loss plan - and you are consuming at least the minimal recommended serving amounts AND if you are a healthy adult, you will most likely not need a daily vitamin supplement. If in doubt, ask your doctor.
But as to specific vitamins that are specially targeted for weight loss - save your money. Nothing can melt fat internally from the body.
