Prepare a tray of the following assortment and place on a bed of lettuce leaves: 3 baby carrots, a handful of cherry tomatoes, 1 serving of thin deli meat (60 calories per serving), 1 slice of cheese (70 calories), a handful of sliced mushrooms, 1 pickle wedge, a handful of broccoli trees.
In the middle of your tray, place a container of your favorite low calorie dressing(no more than 100 calories).
Also enjoy about 10 saltine crackers. About 350 calories.
Dessert - Vermont Nightingale
Enjoy 1 cup of skim milk, 1/2 cup frozen peaches, 1 Tablespoon of Splenda, 2 Tablespoons light whipped topping blended until smooth. Serves one for about 125 calories.
Virginia Diet Menu
Virginia - Old Dominion State, The Mother of Presidents State.
In our free diet menu we salute the great state of Virginia with traditional ham.
Free Virginia Diet Menu - Total Calories 390
Virginia Pigs in the Blanket - Start with a can of biscuits containing no more than 110 calories each. Press biscuit into a mix of no-calorie butter spray and crushed rosemary.
Next, wrap one lean mini-sausage (60 calories) inside of biscuit blanket. Bake according to biscuit can instructions.
Enjoy one for about 170 calories.
Diet Egg Scramble - Scramble 1 egg plus 1 egg white with 1/4 cup of skim milk, salt, pepper and 1/2 slice of cheese in a non-stick pan sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray.
Serves one for about 130 calories.
Dessert - The Tin Man - Toss the following in a blender: 1 cup of ice-cold skim milk, one shot of imitation rum, 1 medium-sized banana, dash of nutmeg - and only a dash and 1/2 cup of ice. Whirl. Serves two for about 90 calories each.

Free Washington Diet Menu - Total Calories 285
Hunter's Stew - Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons of chopped onions, 2 beef bullion cubes, 3 ounces of cubed beef, 1/2 cup of thinly sliced carrots, 1/2 potato peeled and cubed into bite-sized pieces.
Cook beef and onion in a non-stick skillet sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray.
Allow beef to brown well, then scrape bottom of pan to collect beef juices; add 2 cups of water and bringto a boil.
Add bullion cubes and carrots and allow to cook for about 10 minutes; add potato and cook until fork tender.
Thicken with cornstarch and water or a bit of flour and water.
Serves two for about 175 calories each.
Enjoy with biscuit or dinner roll for about 100 calories.
Dessert - Enjoy sugar free gelatin for about 10 calories per serving.
