Tennessee  Diet Menu

Tennessee - The Volunteer State, The Butternut State.  

Celebrating the flavors of the great state of Tennessee with a free diet menu.

Free Tennessee Diet Menu - Total Calories 465

Tennessee Ham n Cheese Breeze - Spray 2 slices of potato bread (80 calories each) with butter flavored cooking spray and pan grill until golden brown.  

Top one slice of bread with the following before removing from pan: 1 slice of extra lean deli ham, 1 slice of real cheese.   Transfer to plate.  

Add lettuce, tomato and a Dijon mustard.  Add salt and pepper.

Serves one for about 275 calories.

Side Salad - 2 cups of the Following Mix - Field greens, shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes. Serve with Ken's Walnut Raspberry Dressing OR your favorite low calorie dressing. About 100 calories.

Dessert - The Tin Man - Toss the following in a blender: 1 cup of ice-cold skim milk, one shot of imitation rum, 1 medium-sized banana, dash of nutmeg - and only a dash and 1/2 cup of ice.  Whirl.  

Serves two for about 90 calories each.

Texas  Diet Menu

Texas - The Lone Star State.  

Things are always bigger in the state of Texas, even diet-friendly foods.  We salute the great flavors of Texas with a free diet menu rich in Texas taste.  Yep - it's big.

Free Texas Diet Menu - Total Calories 440

Chicken Quesadilla Texas Style - Slap 2 Tablespoons of finely chopped roasted chicken breast, 1/4 cup of picante sauce, 1/8 cup of fresh chopped parsley, 1/4 cup of fresh chopped cilantro, and 2 ounces of finely grated mozzarella cheese (total of 145 calories), 1/2 cup of cooked chopped broccoli, and 1/4 cup of red roasted peppers onto 1 side of a large flour tortilla (120 calories).

Foldand cook on stove in non-stick pan with butter flavored cooking spray until cheese melts.   Cut into large triangles.   Serves one for 350 calories.

Utah Diet Menu

Utah - The Beehive State, The Mormon State.

We've fashioned our Utah free diet menu after the high country. Grab a camera, a picnic basket and a hearty appetite.  

No need to bring your calorie book because we've already tallied up the calories for you.

Free Utah Diet Menu - Total Calories 410

Rita's Diet Pitas - Split one pita bread and fill each side with a mix of the following: chopped lettuce, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, 1 Tablespoon of grated cheese and 1 Tablespoons of chopped roasted chicken.

Before filling pita, stir in 2 Tablespoons of light Mayo. Serves 2 for about 125 calories each.

Enjoy 1 serving of baked chips for about 110 calories.

Enjoy an assortment (about 1 cup) of the following: baby carrots, sliced cucumber, sliced radishes and broccoli trees with 1 Tablespoon of your favorite light dressing (allow 50 calories).  

Make enough for two; allow 125 calories per serving which includes the dressing calories.

Dessert - Enjoy 1 cup of watermelon - or your favorite melon.  About 50 calories.
