The next time that you get hit with the hungries, try the following tips:
The Recipe Ingredients
1 clean apple cut into chunks; throw away the core and apple seeds
Margarine or Buttery Spray
Brown Sugar, 1 Teaspoon or so
How to Prepare
Place into a microwavable bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes with nothing but the apple in the bowl.
Remove carefully because it's hot. Next, sprinkle on a bit of cinnamon. Next, add a good spoon of refrigerated no calorie butter spray.
Allow to cool for about 5 minutes, then sprinkle on some brown sugar.
This is delicious and contains about 80 calories. The peeling on the apple also provides a good dose of dietary fiber.
