PULLING YOUR SWEET TOOTH Oil and sugar are the two top offenders when it comes to the human diet. Remember the little chipmunk who only wanted his two front teeth for Christmas? Victim of sugar (SUV - Sugared Up Victim) (Sugar Victim for short...) Lucky for us, there are several ways that we can cut back on sugar intake in our diets while remaining sweet as pie! As a note, sugar has virtually zero nutritional value. Here's our suggestions for pulling that sweet tooth:
- enjoy fresh fruit rather than bakery goods - use Splenda (get your parent's approval first) for sweetening powers - drink diet sodas that contain Splenda Note: The less sugar you eat, the less you'll want! That's the good news. |
