COUNTING FAT GRAMS FOR WEIGHT CONTROL At one time, counting fat grams was an extremely popular way of controlling weight. I know several people who lost a lot of weight by keeping their fat grams at 30 grams per day. However, it never worked well for me. In fact, I believe I ended up gaining (eeeek!). This was my problem....
I would enjoy several eggs, several slices of bread and several pieces of fruit. Thought the fat content was ultra low, the calories were up, up, up and away and I was the 'Beautiful Balloon'. |
