Review of the Russian Airforce Diet

The Russian Airforce Diet Plan Guidelines:

Drink a minimum of four glasses of water or diet beverages per day.

Add any of the following in unlimited amounts to your meals: mustard, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, vinegar (white or balsamic), salt, pepper, lemon, lime and herbs.

Day 1 of the Russian Airforce Diet Plan

Breakfast: coffee

Lunch: 1 tomato and 2 eggs any way you like

Dinner: 7 ounces of red meat and a green salad

Day 2 of the Russian Airforce Diet Plan

Breakfast: coffee plus either dry toast or 5 crackers

Lunch: 7 ounces of red meat plus a green salad

Dinner: 5 and 1/4 ounces of ham plus 1 cup of yogurt

Day 3 of the Russian Airforce Diet Plan

Breakfast: coffee plus either dry toast or 5 crackers

Lunch: 1 tomato and a green salad and 1 mandarin orange

Dinner: 3 and 1/2 ounces of ham and a small fruit salad and 2 eggs any way you like

Day 4 of the Russian Airforce Diet Plan

Breakfast: coffee plus either dry toast or 5 crackers

Lunch: 5 and 1/2 ounces of cheese plus 1 egg plus 1 carrot

Dinner: fruit salad and 1 cup of yogurt

Day 5 of the Russian Airforce Diet Plan

Breakfast: 5 and 1/4 ounces of ham plus 1 cup of carrots (you've got to be kidding!)

Lunch: 1 tomato and 7 ounces of broiled fish

Dinner: 1 and 3/4 ounces of red meat

Day 6 of the Russian Airforce Diet Plan


Breakfast: coffee plus either dry toast or 5 crackers

Lunch: 1/4 baked chicken plus a citrus fruit (orange/lemon/lime)

Dinner: 2 eggs and 1 cup of raw carrots

Day 7 of the Russian Airforce Diet Plan

Breakfast: coffee plus either dry toast or 5 crackers

Lunch: 7 ounces of red meat plus a citrus fruit

Dinner: anything you wish to eat in moderation but you cannot exceed 500 calories. WOW - an entire Pop Tart!

Repeat the entire diet for 7 more days.

All Free Diets - 3 cups of skim milk per day will increase your weight loss results. Drink milk because calcium supplements don't provide same weight loss benefits. This Diet Plan equals slow death and should never be taken seriously be anyone searching for a viable, healthy SAFE diet plan.
