Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 small
container of Egg Substitute (or use 6 small eggs)
- 1/2
cup of skim milk
- 1 cup
of grated skim Mozzarella cheese
- Salt
& Pepper as desired
- 1 uncooked
prepared pie crust (flour base)

- Whisk
eggs, milk, salt & pepper together. Stir in
the cheese. Pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake
in a preheated 350-degree oven for about 20-30 minutes
OR until quiche is golden brown and egg mixture
is done. Test by inserting toothpick into the center
of the quiche; toothpick should come out clean.
