Quick Quiche - Low calorie, low fat recipe.

Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20-30 minutes
 
Add a bagged salad to complete this quick meal recipe.
 
Quick Recipe Ingredients:
1 small container of Egg Substitute (or use 6 small eggs)
1/2 cup of skim milk
1 cup of grated skim Mozzarella cheese
Salt & Pepper as desired
1 uncooked prepared pie crust (flour base)
 
Whisk eggs, milk, salt & pepper together. Stir in the cheese. Pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for about 20-30 minutes OR until quiche is golden brown and egg mixture is done. Test by inserting toothpick into the center of the quiche; toothpick should come out clean.
