Exercise Balls

An exercise ball is a fun, inexpensive weight loss apparatus that can help rid those rolls of unwanted you.

About Juicing

Juice is very pricey in calories and when dieting, the fresh-fruit version is best. When you do drink juice, make sure that it's 100% juice; if not, you're paying for flavored water.

Get your juice from Mother Nature's packaging rather than commercial packaging. You'll save up to 9/10's of the calories depending upon which juice you're juicing.

Summer Heat Tip

During summer months (or the warmer months for Southerner's) pack water when exploring hot spots such as the beach and areas where concrete is poured. These types of environments draw heat.

Dieting, Too Restricted

One of the biggest mistakes that people make when dieting is to cut their food intake to an unhealthy and sometimes fatal level. Dieting can indeed be fatal, so you must take special care to get sufficient calories when dieting.
