The
Enormous Omelet Sandwich - What a Diet Wake-Up
Call!
Burger
King's new Enormous Omelet Sandwich is so
bad that they have been knocked clean off
of Santa's nice list this year. This sandwich
is so huge that it would fill up Paul Bunyon
and his ox, Blue. Take a peek at the
contents of this big breakfast boy: one
sausage patty, two eggs, two slices of cheese,
and three strips of bacon served on a sub-like
bun for a whopping 700 calories, and 42
grams of fat. It's so Diet Hot that it would
melt the King's plastic mask off in light
wind.
But
to be fair...most breakfast plates offered
at popular breakfast-style restaurants about
equal or surpass the Enormous Omelet Sandwich
when it comes to fat and calories. And
eggs and cheese do offer more nutrition
than syrup and pancakes. Our recommendation
to those individuals who can't live without
the Enormous Omelet Sandwich is to eat half
and share the other half.
The
Enormous Omelet Sandwich is not only
high in calories, but high in fat and
high in sodium content. It also
contains a good amount of cholesterol.
Other than healthy nutrition,
about the only other things this enormous
sandwich lacks is fiber and the kitchen
sink.
Diet
Tip: If you have a cranky, devil-type boss, you may
wish to consider taking them this breakfast
sandwich every morning for about a month.
That's about how long it should take
for them to either blow up or achieve a
Total Artery Block.
