I'm
in the mood for food.... Many foods
effect our moods and can make us feel in
the mood or simply giddy and relaxed. Other
foods can send us into hyper mode. The
following foods are popular mood foods that
many people incorporate into their daily
diet plan:
Chocolate - Dark chocolate
has been shown to render healthy heart benefits.
Chocolate elevates our moods and may
even put some individuals in the mood.
Wine - Promotes relaxation
and has also been shown to render healthy
heart benefits.
Coffee - The caffeine
in coffee can awake the dead in some brews.
I once had a cup of chicory coffee on a
camping trip while standing next to a tree
and it practically knocked off all the bark
and acorns. Amazingly, coffee has
also been shown to render healthy benefits
to the body in recent health studies.
Cheese & Dairy
Products - A glass of milk or a slice of
cheese before bedtime will aid in promoting
sound sleep. Just don't eat that slice
of cheese and bar of chocolate together.....
