Over Weight Wife

 

That tiny thing that you married a short time ago has blossomed into something you didn't quite expect; an over weight wife.

Women tend to be sensitive and confronting her directly can inflict wounds that may never heal. After all, most women have memories bigger than elephants. They let you know by bringing something into the conversation that happened decades ago - that was ALL your fault! Given this, the concerned husband should walk very softly when dealing with his lady love.

First of all, keep in mind that your over weight wife is still the same curvy lady that you married. A bit of fluff more than you remember - but the curves are still there waiting to be uncovered.

Letting her know that you think she is over weight is a great way of damaging your sex life - perhaps forever with her. Women need to feel desirable - to feel attractive and queenly amid the sexual prowl. Tell her that she's fat and you may not get any for a long while - and even if you do, it's going to be limited.

Instead, here are a few foxy solutions to trim down your over weight wife without damaging her spirit:

- Walk with her; talk with her - and take her on active journeys that you can share together. It may be as simple as a walk under the moon, or a hike through the woods. Activity burns calories and builds muscle mass which requires more calories to support than fat.

- Keep in mind that weighty issues in females may be problematic due to hormone imbalances, periods, pregnancy and menopause. Men give blood voluntarily while women give monthly regardless if they want to, or not. Men love to watch football while women birth them. Men go through a second childhood while older women turn into dingbats. Unwanted weight only adds to the existing female issues.

- If you do not participate in the grocery shopping tasks, bring her a special healthy treat such as fresh fruit and an occasional nibblet of DARK chocolate.

- Compliment her often, embrace and hug her often and remind her that she is still the love of your life;

- Give her a sexy outfit for playtime and tell her how much you enjoy her curves - no matter how wide they may currently be. Your sweet words can inspire a desire to decrease them.

- Ensure that her life contains minimal stress and ample time for relaxation. Stress and a lack of rest are key contributors to weight gain.

- Take her out to a healthy-themed restaurant. Rather than a Mexican fiesta, go out for steak or grilled chicken.

Don't expect instant miracles as weight loss takes time.
