Many over weight Americans are in a quandary these days. It's a constant battle fighting back those food desires that conquer more often than not. Let's face it - unless a pretzel has been double dipped in both white chocolate and dark chocolate, it's just not as appealing to the over weight American's raging appetite as an alluring potato chip fried in oil, then sprinkled with a bit of secret ranch dressing spices.
