March, Spring Newsletter

Time to Fit-Up! There's no better time than now.

As the howling winds of March beckon, we see the warmer days of summer shimmering over the Diet Horizon.

Visions of tinnier swimsuits, swim trunks, shorts and halter tops make great Weight Loss Motivators and give reason to make your March Diet Blow down the numbers on your weight scales.

And if that isn't enough, visions of sweating, huffing, puffing and swelling up like a toad in the heat make other great reasons to drop those extra pounds before the warmer weather moves in to settle for yet, another season.

Think about last summer as you plan your new weight loss diet.

Remember when you got too warm, what happened?

You began to sweat, right?

And every time that you pranced out into the heat, you began to sweat. Whether it was mowing your yard or flying a kite - or even when you were just sitting indoors with the fan or air-conditioning blowing, you tended to become much hotter - and sweatier than during those cooler months.

If you have an overage of body fat, that's like adding wood to a campfire. The excess body fat generates a lot of heat.

In addition, your vital organs are in 'smash mode' as the fat is pressing against them, making it more challenging to effectively perform their job.

Losing Excess Body Fat Naturally Cools the Body as 'Unnecessary Insulation' is Lost

BUT - there is something that you can do that will assist in allowing you to be a lot cooler amid the oncoming summer months ahead than you were last summer.

At minimum, you'll feel so much better at a lighter weight - and won't you look snazzy in those new summer shorts embossed with the kicky hissing deer?

Start Your Diet Now & Lose Up to 50 Pounds by Swimsuit Season

Begin your weight loss plan NOW and by June 1st, you could ditch 25 - 50 pounds OR even more if you have a lot of weight to lose.

And that's the great news for individuals who are battling a lot of weight that needs to go. The more one weighs, the faster the weight tends to drop off while dieting.

As a health note, it's always best to check in with your doctor before beginning any weight loss plan.

March also offers a fantastic opportunity to get out and enjoy some fresh air.

The weather is about 10 degrees warmer than it was last month if you live in the southern United States - and in some areas it may even be warmer.

Sure, we're going to get hit or even slammed with more cold weather if a northern front heads our way - but there are many more days in March than there were in February where we can get out and enjoy the weather.

Where we reside, we tend to have milder temperatures during the fall and winter months.

During the spring and summer, we would be hard-pressed to deny that the devil doesn't reside here as the temperatures are grueling.

Amid the month of January, we can generally expect temperatures to be into the 50's - outside of any cold front that seizes the area, and we do have a share of those.

In February, we're dancing up into the 60's - and in March, we're playing in the 70's.

By the time that August arrives, we're kissing 120 degrees on many days, making life outdoors undoable for most of the month.

Relaxation Always Waits

So get up out of that comfortable easy chair; it will be waiting for you when you come back indoors.

Take a nice walk, plant some flowers or a garden if you can - or at least, prepare the soil if it's still too cold in your area.

Fly a kite, do some bird watching - anything that will get you outdoors so you'll get a healthy dose of Vitamin D and some healthy activity.
