and began putting it into full-time action again.

are a few of our best tips that we hope will help you
keep your mouth happy, happy, happy! continue
The Amish Diet, Weight Factors
- A is for Amish and A is also for awesome fitness! The Amish rank high when it comes to fitness, weight control and overall health. A recent pedometer study on the Amish people gave great insight to what can be accomplished by walking.
The average Amish man took about 18,000 per day the average Amish woman, about 14,000 steps per day.
Most all the steps were recorded during the Amish's daily tasks. Harvest time pumps those numbers up further still. Even on the Day of Rest, Amish got in about 10,000 steps.
What was even more amazing was the diet of the Amish people - not a low fat, carb or calorie diet with the main staples in the diet being gravy, meat, potatoes, eggs, vegetables, pies, cakes and bread. Snacks time is rare. Although the diet is high in fat, carbs and calories, food intake is balanced by energy levels.
The study was performed by David R. Bassett, Jr. in conjunction with the University of Tennessee, published in the January 2004 edition of " Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise"
Taco Bell Calories
& Nutritional Information for Dieters - The good news is that Taco Bell
can fit well into your weight loss plan as long as you keep in mind
that some choices are more diet-wise that other choices.
A regular Crunchy Taco contains about 170 calories, 10 grams of fat, 13
grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber and 350 grams sodium.
Diet Tip for Taco Lovers:
Corn tortillas contain about half the calories as flour tortillas.
The Taco Bell Calorie Example is their Soft Beef Taco which contains
210 calories, 10 grams of fat and 21 grams of carbs. The flour
shell also ups your carb count.
Taco Bell has always
put a big foot forward in providing nutritional information to the
public and offers low calorie, lower fat versions of many of their
menu items. We feel that Taco Bell is one of the better fast
food choices for dieters. More Taco Bell Calories & Nutritional
