Are You Overweight?

If you don't know for certain, then it is likely that even if you are - you have a minimal amount of pounds to lose in order to fall within your healthy recommended weight.

Bust & Buttock Size Matters

Do you have some significant 'natural baggage' in this area? Baggage that many women dream about having?

If so, then you are going to naturally weigh heavier.

For example, let's assume that Sally has naturally large breasts and buttocks. She is 5' tall. She weighs two pounds more than her recommended healthy size - but is she really overweight?

Of course not!

So keep this in mind whenever using data charts - and only use them as patterns.

Women's Weight Compared to Men

Because a man's body is built with more muscle mass than a woman's, to compare by height creates a misconception.

Why so?

Because when the body contains significant amounts of muscle it's going to weigh much heavier than one containing more fat.

Unfortunately, that's the situation with the female human.

In addition, the bones of the male human are larger and thus impact the per-pound data.

Therefore, we strongly feel that male/female data be separated with charts designated for each.

Keep in mind that several factors will influence the size of the human body - from the age of the individual, to activity level and even the climate. Recommended Weight for Men
