Dear Diet Bites: I did lose a good amount of weight in a short time and plan to resume the plan the first of next month. Over 4 weeks I lost fifteen pounds. That is a lot of weight, I feel. I wanted to lose a total of sixty pounds. I am very short and those fifteen pounds that I lost sure made a difference in the way that I look and feel. Luckily I have NOT regained any of the weight back that I lost. I just needed to take a break and make a new stab at the plan. Due to all the activity on the plan I surely didn't feel sluggish. It is almost like the activity spurs up the metabolism thus fueling energy levels. I religiously abided to the plan because I wanted to give it an honest chance. Also, I was concerned that I might not stick to the plan if I began to add foods or ingredients that were not allowed. I have read Maryjo's review of the Michael Thurmond Makeover and she makes some very good points which I am going to add to my diet plan when I pick it back up. Regards, Rita from Riverview
