Magic Bullet Recipe for 10 Carrot Diet Pudding

Written by Diet Bites

Our Diet Recipe for Tasty, Low Calorie, Low Fat Carrot Pudding - Very Easy to Prepare

This diet pudding is so rich and creamy that a blind-folded taste test might reveal that most individuals will mistake the carrot pudding for pumpkin pie filling. In fact, for a dynamite pumpkin pie, simply substitute the ground cinnamon for pumpkin pie spice using pureed carrots as the base over pumpkin.

Although this recipe can be made with common kitchen equipment, the Magic Bullet blends the carrots into a golden concoction that is smooth and creamy.

It makes the task of pureeing the carrots a very easy job without all of the equipment we'd normally use - and without the dreaded clean-up. This cooking tool is so quick to clean and can be popped into the dishwasher after a quick rinse.

If you're seeking a dessert that will fit nicely into your weight loss plan, you may just fall in love with our 10 Carrot Diet Pudding recipe.

Entire recipe contains about 260 calories. You will need the following ingredients:

pin_red.gif 1 bag of cooked frozen carrots OR 1 bag of fresh cooked carrots (about 75 calories)
pin_red.gif Splenda - 1/4 to 1/2 cup, depending on how sweet you prefer (0 calories)

pin_red.gif 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (0 calories)

pin_red.gif Dash or two of nutmeg (optional and go lightly on the nutmeg) (0 calories)

pin_red.gif 2 small containers of egg substitute (equals 4 eggs OR you can use 4 eggs, but be sure to add 160 calories to this recipe) (egg substitute contains 60 calories per container for a total of 120 calories)

pin_red.gif 1/4 teaspoon of salt (0 calories)

pin_red.gif 1/2 cup of skim milk (about 40 calories)

pin_red.gif 1/4 cup of no calorie butter spray (i.e. Parkay - 0 calories)
pin_red.gif 1 Tablespoon of white flour (about 22 calories)

Using the Magic Bullet chopping blade, pulverize the cooked drained carrots.  You should have need of refilling the longer Magic Bullet holder about four times.  Next, add carrots to remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl, stir slightly, then begin refilling the Magic Bullet until you have smoothly incorporated all of the ingredients.

Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven in a casserole dish sprayed with non-stick, butter flavored cooking spray until golden.

This carrot pudding recipe is so delicious and because it contains so little fat and calories, it fits perfectly into any diet plan.
