How to Prepare Our Mandarin Stir Fry Recipe

Spray non-stick pan with cooking spray. Cook chicken until golden; add vegetables, salt and pepper and cook until vegetables reach desired tenderness.

Serve over rice with butter spray and House of Tsang's Szechwan Spicy Sauce.

We can't say enough good things to dieters about House of Tsang's sauces. All are extremely flavorful - rich in taste but not in fat and calories. And a little goes a very long way.

The frozen vegetable calories above are derived from VIP Mandarin Stir Fry which can be found in most Wal-Mart stores. So delicious! So nutritious!

Pirate's Pickled Beets - a Low Calorie Recipe, Delicious & Economical

Recipe Ingredients & How to Prepare

You will need one medium sized can of sliced, whole or beet wedges for this recipe in addition to Splenda and white distilled vinegar.

Simply drain one can of pickled beets. They can be sliced, whole - any slice or cut that you choose. You'll want to drain the juice into a small microwaveable dish - or a pan if you wish to use the stove top.

Add 1 teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon of vinegar to the beet juice, depending upon how tart you want the beets flavored. Heat until beet juice is bubbly using a sauce pan on the stove top.

Remove and add 1/4 cup of Splenda (use more or less to suit your personal taste) or use real sugar if desired keeping in mind that this will impact the calories by 200 extra calories. Add the beets, stir and chill thoroughly before serving.
