1 Salmon Fillet (about 3 ounces)
Salt to suit personal taste

Lemon Pepper
Dried Rosemary
Butter Flavored non-stick cooking spray

How to Prepare This Recipe

Rub salmon with salt, lemon pepper and rosemary. Spray non-stick pan with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees in pre-heated oven until fish is flaky.

This low calorie, low fat free diet menu recipe serves 1 for about 200 calories. Serve with salad, green beans and bread.

The Recipe Ingredients

1 can of tuna in Spring Water, do not drain
1 Small Egg
1/4 cup of White Flour
salmon recipe1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder, sifted
6 Crushed Saltines
Salt, Pepper
1/4 cup of the following finely diced vegetables: onion, celery, bell pepper

How to Prepare This Recipe

Mix and form into patties. Cook until golden in non-stick pan sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray.

Makes several patties. This recipe contains about 325 calories.
