The following low calorie cookie recipe requires no baking. The cookie base can also be changed to create an assortment of delectable low calorie cookies.

Red Riding Hood Lower Calorie Cookies

Lower Calorie Cookie Ingredients for Basic Dough:

2 Tablespoons of WHIPPED Peter Pan peanut butter (140 calories per serving)
1 Tablespoon of Splenda

Powdered Sugar

Simply mix the peanut butter and Splenda together with a spoon, then form into bite-sized rounds. Roll into the powdered sugar.

The ingredients above create several small cookies or four nice-sized rounds. The entire recipe contains about 150 calories.

Let's take our basic low calorie cookie dough a step further by adding ANY of the following spices, extracts & other healthy foods:

 


Spices such as Ground Cinnamon and Ground Cloves
Extracts & Flavoring such as almond and vanilla

Mashed Banana or other fresh mashed or pureed fruits
Dried Fruits such as cranberries, golden raisins

Dried Oats

Nuts such as chopped pecans, almonds & walnuts
Dark chocolate, such as dark chocolate mini morsels
Ground Ginger OR fresh grated Ginger

2 Tablespoons of whipped Peter Pan peanut butter
1 Tablespoon of Splenda

1/2 teaspoon of raw, whole oats
dash of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of chopped nuts (your favorite)
Powdered Sugar

Mix all the ingredients above except the powdered sugar. Form the cookies into rounds. Roll into the powdered sugar.

1/2 small mashed banana
1/2 teaspoon of dark chocolate mini morsels

You know what to do. Mix the first five ingredients; form the cookie rounds and finish by rolling into powdered sugar.
