The
following low calorie cookie recipe requires no baking. The cookie
base can also be changed to create an assortment of delectable low
calorie cookies.

Hood Low Calorie Cookies
Low Calorie Cookie Ingredients
for Basic Dough:
- 2 Tablespoons
of WHIPPED peanut butter (140 calories per serving)
- 1 Tablespoon
of Splenda
- Powdered
Sugar

- Simply
mix the peanut butter and Splenda together with a spoon,
then form into balls. Roll into the powdered sugar. The
ingredients above create several small cookies and the entire
recipe contains about 150 calories. But let's take our basic
low calorie cookie dough a step further by adding ANY of
the following spices, extracts & other healthy foods:

- Ground
Cloves
- Ground
Ginger OR fresh grated Ginger
- Vanilla

- Almond

- Dried
Fruits such as cranberries, golden raisins
