Although both watermelon and gumdrops provide a blast of sugar which can give you quick energy, the watermelon is your best and most health choice.
It contains essential vitamins and minerals that your body needs while the gumdrops contain empty calories. Empty calories is a term used for foods which hold zero or very minimal nutritional values for the human body.

FRUIT JUICE |
SODA |
Fruit juice is extremely healthy - much more so than soda which contains a lot of sugar. When sugar isn't washed or brushed away from the teeth, harmful bacteria can set in and work away at the enamel which protects the tooth, thus causing cavities. And who wants that?
Juice provides essential vitamins that can keep you healthy and prevent colds and other illnesses. That is the great news. The bad news is that it is very high in calories. We suggest that you drink juice every now and then and pick sweet raw fruits in between.
