We'd like to start by saying that 4'11" is a very small height. At this height it can be extremely challenging to maintain your healthy recommended weight. With so little area, every little pound over ideal weight is pronounced. It basically has nowhere to hide.

Adding exercise - no matter how many daily calories you require - can allow us to eat a few more calories in our day. If you are highly active you may need as many as 2091 daily calories.

120 - 134 pounds

Women in this range require about 1560 to 1575 calories to support body weight - but may require as many as 2278 when at a highly active state.
