Extreme in Caloric Values
Sweetened cranberry sauce will sauce your diet in nothing flat.
One 12 ounce can of most sweetened cranberry sauces whether whole berry or jelled contains about 6 servings and will generally cost you 110 calories per serving - putting the can at almost 700 Kcals.
When you sit down and prepare to dine at the holiday table, look at this selection as you would jam, preserves or jelly prepared with fruit.
While cranberries are considered a super food, the sauce is about as far away from its natural state as possible.
Because they are such a tart fruit, they require quite a lot of sugar in order to taste delicious to the palate.
Comparing the Energy Values

It just wouldn't be the holidays without cranberries!
