How to Prepare Our Cranberry Relish Recipe
Start by cooking the cranberries until they plump. Remove from the heat.
Add them to the gelatin and then stir in the pineapple. Use the entire can of the pineapple, even the juice - and if the fruit is packed in its natural juices, then all the healthier.
Add the no calorie sweetener to satisfy your personal taste in the area of sweetness, but do take note that the gelatin is already sweet - so be careful about how much you add; you may not need any additional punch.
Chill the gelatin until it is fully set.
