Popular Cabbage Soup Diet for Weight Loss

The Cabbage Soup Diet is one of the longest running, popular fad diets.

Although the weight loss results may be temporary, we highly recommend the Cabbage Soup Diet recipe as a filler for dieters, as it truly is very filling and low in calorie content.

On the other hand, we highly discourage anyone truly considering going on the Cabbage Soup Diet.

Any weight that is lost is generally temporary, and over time the Cabbage Soup Diet recipe tends to become boring. Weight loss is generally due to water loss rather than fat loss in the body.
