Dieting OR Chocolate Chip Cookies? It's Never Too Late for Good Health!

So when is it too late to be concerned about the foods that you eat?

When is it too late to pass up that healthy apple and reach for the chocolate chip cookies instead, because what's the use - nothing you do will improve your health anyway?

The answer is: It's never too late to improve your level of health!

Every thing that we pass through our lips matters to our good health - whether it's food or medication.

So when's the best time to begin employing that healthier lifestyle? Right now, of course!

What's that? You say that you are currently battling health issues? If so, then it has never been a better time than right now to embrace a healthier eating plan.

Defining a Healthy Eating Plan

Our definition may come as a bit of a surprise as we don't exclude foods or drinks from the diet.

We invite all five basic food groups into our plan along with adequate liquids to replenish and refuel the body.

Here are tips that point the way to a healthier eating plan.

Seniors Require Wholesome Meals for Good Health

- You should always eat three well-rounded meals each and every day - or six (or so) mini meals that will equal three good meals.

Avoid Sugary Foods & Reach for Fruit When You're Craving a Dessert or Snack

- Opt for fresh fruit selections in-between meal times.

Establish Healthy Eating Habits

- Set an eating schedule and stick to it as closely as possible.

Avoid eating and snacking in front of the television - as well as when at your computer.

All of the above are fantastic tips that will assist in jump starting your healthier eating plan.
