This new age of Modern Day Man must adapt to the introduction of inactivity in the job force - for the most part. Take note that many jobs still exist where manual labor is explosive and we salute these healthy individuals. But for those of us who implore a sedate working way of life, added activity is necessary for a stronger, healthier body.

Since our current Way of Exercise isn't working overall, perhaps shifting to an enjoyment of doing the things that we enjoy doing will attribute to that stronger, healthier body.

 


Take note that in order to achieve the maximum benefits from your activity routine, the heart must reach a certain rate - so make activity time incorporate a bit of sweat.

But always practice Sweat Safety, and this doesn't refer to deodorizing products. Running outdoors in the middle of a summer day is nuts and presents more unhealthy risks to the body, than healthy results. So sweating can be both a bad, as well as a good thing. Make it good!

And make your activity plan good too!
