a. Acid tummy after eating Italian or Mexican. May indicate acid reflux.
b. Heartburn when eating late at night. May indicate acid reflux.
c. Bloating, belching, tummy discomfort after drinking milk or eating ice cream. May indicate lactose intolerance.
d. Rash after eating some foods. May indicate allergic reaction to food.
e. Frequent headaches. May be related to food allergy.
f. Frequent constipation. Diet may lack fiber; may indicate IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome).
g. Overly prone to tooth decay. May indicate too many sweets in the diet OR sports drinks which have been found to promote tooth decay several times greater than sugary soft drinks.
 


h. Sleepy after eating, particularly in the afternoon. Common.
i. Insomnia May indicate stress overload.
j. Muscle aches. May indicate sore muscles from exercise.
k. Crave water. May indicate onset of diabetes.
l. Frequent trips to restroom, particularly at night. May indicate onset of diabetes.
m. Foggy train of thought. Symptom sometimes associated with obesity.
n. Irritability See your doctor asap.
o. Difficultly breathing from time-to-time. Symptom sometimes associated with heart disease and obesity.
p. Weak, brittle nails. May indicate poor diet, too little fat in daily diet.
q. Skin problems. May indicate poor diet, too little fat in daily diet.
r. Hair loss. May indicate poor diet, too little fat in daily diet.
s. Bad breath. Common symptom of dieting; see your dentist.
t. Excessive body odor. See your doctor asap.
u. Occasional blurred vision. May indicate onset of diabetes.
v. Sugar cravings. See your doctor asap.
w. Loss of sex drive. See your doctor asap.
x. Depressed, unhappy feelings most of the time. See your doctor asap.
y. Feelings of hopelessness; panic. See your doctor asap.
z. Frequent backaches. Common symptom of obesity.
