Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup of cooked chicken breast, cubed or shredded (115 calories)

1 Tablespoon of Light Miracle Whip

2 slices of whole grain bread (140 calories)

1 teaspoon of dried cranberries

Just a Dash Celery Seed

Salt & Pepper as desired

Preparing the Chicken Salad Sandwich

Simply mix all the ingredients together (except the bread of course!) and place between the bread. Bread may be toasted if desired.
