Breakfast Menu

Bagel & Cream Cheese + skim milk.

Enjoy one bagel (up to 150 calories and take note that a whole grain bagel will add a good dose of nutritional value to your bagel choice).

Also enjoy up to 70 calories worth of cream cheese.

Light cream cheese will save calories and fat grams - and you can enjoy more cream cheese for the allotted calories.

Add 1/2 cup of skim milk to your breakfast menu. Enjoy water or your choice of beverage using optional calories if needed.

Mid-Morning Snack

1 cup of fresh OR frozen blueberries OR raspberries OR blackberries OR 1 cups of strawberries

Lunch Menu

Tomato Soup & Croutons + Chocolate

Enjoy 2 servings of your favorite canned tomato soup (about 180 calories) with 100 calories worth of your favorite croutons OR crackers. Enjoy 1 chocolate bar (230 calories).

Also enjoy water or your choice of beverage using optional calories if needed.

Mid-Afternoon Snack

1 cup of fresh OR frozen blueberries OR raspberries OR blackberries OR 1 cups of strawberries

Dinner Menu

Beans & Cornbread

You can opt to prepare your favorite variety of beans or you can use canned beans. Enjoy 1  cups of beans with 150 calories worth of cornbread.

To prepare cornbread - use your favorite mix.

If you prepare from scratch, you'll need to calculate the calorie content based on ingredients.

Most of the small packet corn muffin and cornbread mixes contain about 150 calories per large corn muffin.

We prepare to bake our corn muffins in mini-muffin pans so we can enjoy 3 small corn muffins rather than one large corn muffin.

Also enjoy up to 30 calories worth of margarine with the corn muffins. Also enjoy water or your choice of beverage using optional calories if needed.

Evening or Bedtime Snack
