Strawberry Shortcut Waffles

Ingredients for this low calorie, low fat recipe are:

2 Frozen Waffles (180 calories)
1/2 cup Fresh or thawed Frozen Strawberries

Splenda

1 Tablespoon of light whipped topping

Toast waffle; top with strawberries that have been mixed with Splenda. Add light topping to the strawberries. Serves one for 220 calories.

White Bread (allow 70 calories)
Ground Cinnamon

Splenda
Butter Flavored Cooking Spray

Spray bread with cooking spray and place into pan.  Cook until golden.  Remove and sprinkle with cinnamon and Splenda while piping hot.

Scramble the following in butter flavored cooking spray for about 210 calories.  First, scramble egg, then add cheese and bacon:
