Quick Crepe Recipe Ingredients

Crepes are ultra easy to prepare and use minimal ingredients. You will need the following ingredients.

2/3 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup of reduced fat milk
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1 egg
1 teaspoon of cooking oil

Combine milk, flour, salt, eggs and oil and beat until the mixture is well incorporated.

Low Calorie Apple Pancake Recipe

Mix together the following ingredients to form the pancake batter:

1 Tablespoon of Splenda (cooking variety) OR you can use real sugar OR brown sugar if you wish.

How to Prepare This Recipe

Mix all of the above into a smooth batter - omitting the apples. Stir the shredded apple into the batter. Cook in a non-stick pan, griddle or skillet until golden brown on one side; flip and cook the opposite side. If the cooking spray needs a little help, you add a touch of oil to the pan.

Top the pancakes with the following rather than syrup if you wish:

Peel and core two apples and chop into cubes. Add 1/2 inch of water to a microwave safe dish and also add the chopped apple. Cook in microwave until apples are tender; remove and add a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and a bit of Splenda to the apples. Stir.
