Lose Weight With Our Free Meal Planners

Article by Diet Bites

There are a total of seven free meal planners to help boost your weight loss results. Each of Diet Bites free meal planners contains a total of 1,500 daily calories. To view the weight loss tips and information relating to our planner, click here.

Our breakfast menus contains about 300 calories each - so feel free to switch out the days if you like OR if you don't like a particular menu, use one that you do.

Our Lunch and Dinner menus contain about 500 calories each and can also be switched or omitted as desired.

Our Snacks total about 200 calories per day and consist of healthy fresh fruit choices, and healthy low fat milk shakes and diet smoothies.

All of the menu planners contain about 1,500 calories per day. Check with you doctor before starting ANY weight reduction plan. The more weight you have to lose, the more important it will be to incorporate more calories into your daily diet. As the weight drops, the daily caloric intake can be adjusted accordingly.

Our planner includes 3 healthy snacks to enjoy: one at mid-morning, one during the afternoon and one at bedtime. Enjoy them spaced throughout the day to assist in regulating blood sugar levels and to keep the metabolism in high gear - or enjoy them all at once based on your schedule. Please do remember that you'll need to enjoy all three snacks, regardless as they comprise the essential energy needs for our meal planner.

The recipes are very simple to prepare. Many transport very nicely for working lunches.

One final note: Diet Bites is a firm believer of the Official Food Pyramid. Examples of the USDA Food Group Recommendations for a 1,400 calorie daily diet and a 1,600 calorie daily diet are displayed on this page for comparisons and reference.

Now, without further adieu, let's get started! Simply view the menus and click on the desired one for the details and recipes.
