Mix the following ingredients for this lower calorie, lower fat Broccoli & Cheese Soup recipe:

1 ounce of Velveeta Cheese (80 calories)
1 cup of skimmed milk
1/4 cup of cooked broccoli
1/4 cup of your favorite salsa

Place cheese and milk into microwaveable bowl and heat until melted.  Stir in broccoli and salsa.

If you desire a thinner soup, add more milk.  For a thicker soup, add less.
