The lipid distribution is quite good excepting the Trans fat content at this writing. And it's quite generous which isn't a good thing.
Saturated fat is well known for it artery-clogging abilities. Trans fats impact health in very negative ways as well. For example, they can increase risk for stroke and Type 2 diabetes. They can lower good cholesterol in the body while increasing the bad. And they can impact heart heath in a negative way.
