Starbucks has so many great choices for dieters, whether one is counting calories, carbs or fat grams to lose weight.
As with almost all gourmet, fast food & restaurant dining can lead to weight gain when we make poor choices which end up exceeding our daily energy needs - so don't allow fast food (or coffee) to become fat food.
