Red Lobster has a wonderful menu for dieters (or anyone watching their waistline) which is ingeniously called 'The Lighthouse Menu'. There are so many wonderful combinations that are ultra low in fat & calories - it's difficult to choose!

Dieting Tips for Red Lobster

Here are some tips when dining from the full menu at Red Lobster:

- Give the melted butter pot the old Evil Diet Eye;

- Hide from fried;

- Red dips tend to contain less fat & calories than the white & yellow dips;

- Although sinfully delicious, the Cheddar Bay Biscuit calories add up quickly. When paired with butter, the taste is divine. Pleasure is doubled along with calorie and fat content.

- Flirt with the bartender & not with the drinks which are ultra high in calories and totally empty when it comes to nutritional values.
