Empty Calories, But Tasty-Good

Sure, we've heard it a million times - that soda rots our teeth, that it is not good for us, that it creates gas, has empty calories and so forth.

But what is life without a little grape soda every now and then? We recommend enjoying only 8 fluid ounces which will assist in keeping calorie more manageable.

Grape Soda Party Punch Recipe

This is a fun and lovely punch to prepare and drink. Add one liter to your favorite raspberry sherbet OR low fat vanilla ice cream. The mixture will create a foamy top and the punch is quite beautiful nestled in a punchbowl.

A Healthier Grape Beverage

If you're craving that awesome grape flavor, why not grab the healthier brew? Juice!

One of my recipes is filling a glass with carbonated water, then adding grape juice. It's a lovely beverage, particularly during the warmer months of the year [Texas is always a roasty temperature it seems...].

This allows me to monitor how much of the juice that I consume as it is very high in caloric values - actually higher than the grape soda. At times, it costs a little more in the way of calories to be healthier.
