This menu entree is fairly low in caloric values and makes a nice selection when the dieter is in the mood for beef. The Gordita is also offered with steak as the star - and if you're not in the mood for cow, then they have a chicken version.

They also offer a Cheesy Gordita for just under 500 kcals. The steak and chicken versions are identical in caloric values and contain just under 300 calories. Therefore, other than the Cheesy Crunch entree, the other three basically mirror caloric values.
